ARMENIA HEARING AID PROJECT is a 501(c|(3) non-profit organization whose mission to "give the gift of hearing"

is simply to make it possible

so that Armenia may hear, so that the world may hear...

With such steadfast commitment and ongoing efforts to raise

both awareness and funds, Armenia Hearing Aid Project

has been able to provide sustainable, state of the art hearing healthcare to thousands of Armenians with such impediment, including war heroes, soldiers, children, and the elderly.

Since 2017, under the conviction and direction of founders
Mr. & Mrs. Armen and Heidi Kavoukjian,

along with their sons, Arthur, Aram, Greg, and Vahan,

ongoing missions in Armenia and Artsakh, have bridged

hundreds of international audiologists, technicians,

and volunteers from all over the world to deliver aid

to the Armenian people, while introducing them to a

land and culture which continues to call them home.

Designated annual missions, each with distinct agendas

serve various demographics, while stationary teams at

the home offices in Yerevan provide ongoing support,

year-round maintenance and specialized aftercare services.

The organization's continued commitment to serve its people

and bless them with the gift of hearing is made possible

through the generous efforts of sponsors and patrons

who believe in the project's transparent, meticulous operations.

Fundraising charity events and donations from generous patrons make it possible for Armenia Hearing Aid Project to successfully

sustain its objectives, broaden its horizons, amplify its existence, and deliver innovative digital technology to those in dire need.

Gradient Background

According to the World Health Organization,

more than 1.5 billion people—nearly 20% of the global population—currently live with hearing loss.

Of that number, approximately 430 million people (including 34 million children) have what is categorized as "disabling" hearing loss.

In Armenia specifically, 30 thousand people live with some form of hearing impairment. For a nation with a population of roughly 3 billion, that is 1 out of 100 who has auditory deficiency and requires aid. A staggering number, as a result of recent warfare, noise pollution, genetic factors, insufficient or improper diagnosis, civilians are in dire need of hearing assistance.

Donations fund simple, sustainable, scalable hearing healthcare around the world. In collaboration with Starkey Hearing Foundation, Armenia Hearing Aid Project has become the trusted source for implementing and maintaining the highest standards in hearing health

in Armenia.

Sharing its purpose, its mission, and its agendas will help raise awareness and support. Bring us one step close to a harmonious world.
